Leadership development in Norway today

Investment in leadership development will increase significantly over the next 12 months. This is according to an independent survey of more than 400 business leaders in Norway. On average, large companies will spend between NOK 30,000 and NOK 40,000 on leadership development, but the biggest increase in the use of leadership development will be for small and medium-sized companies with fewer than 200 employees.
